Chapitre 166: Her First Day

On the first day that Sophia was set to work as one of Luca's assistants, the first frost set over the city.

Sophia looked out the master bedroom's window hoping that the cold weather wasn't a bad omen for what was to come. Her grandparents were always superstitious about the weather and it made an impression on Sophia's mind.

The previous day, she and Luca went into the shopping district to buy her a few new outfits. Since her usual clothing was casual, she needed more business appropriate clothing.

She didn't know if she could get used to the type of clothing she was required to wear. Having always admired the way that Rachel looked in her business-forward attire, Sophia looked at her reflection and hoped that people would take her half as seriously as her.
