"I seriously don't mind jogging your memory!" Vorian added as he walked past Lyssandra without even acknowledging her existence, as if he had some kind of big animosity towards her. Ignoring her entirely, he took big strides towards Nero, steadily covering the distance that stood between them.
Nero instinctively took a step back in fear, seeing that Vorian was drawing closer. But then memories of how he had spent most of his waking hours over the past three years to avenge the humiliation he had suffered at Vorian's hands three years ago sprang forth and played out in his mind, helping him gain the confidence to face him head-on.
