Watching the hot air balloon rise, a faint sad smile surfaced in An Xiangrong's eyes.

As she jumped, Gu Mingyu's eyes seemed to crack in despair. Rushing to the window in a few strides, he saw two figures on the hot air balloon.

Staring at his grieved expression, Mu Yan smirked cruelly, flipping him off before wrapping his arm around An Xiangrong's shoulder.

"Young Master Gu, do you want someone to..."

"No need!"

Staring at the disappearing hot air balloon, the man spoke indifferently.

At the sight, there was no hint of surprise left in Gu Mingyu's eyes.

"How did you end up here?"

Looking at the skyscrapers beneath, An Xiangrong brushed her long hair behind her ears and turned to the man beside her, Mu Yan.

His gaze fell upon her swollen lips, his pupils flickered but quickly returned to normal. "I couldn't stand by and watch you being pushed off the building by Gu Mingyu."

"Let's go to the hospital."
