Chapitre 4: Chapter 3.5 : The Aesir Massacre

Place : an Aesir village, outside yet near of Asgard

Time : 25 years before the main story's time.

"Father, may I go outside and join Thor"? asked a young boy. ''Do whatever you want, Karoi. I don't fucking care. Now get out of my face.'' the father responded. Karoi had gotten used to this treatment and the abuse from his father Odin. He was a much worse person before he became the "All father" of the Norse pantheon. Karoi headed outside to his brother Thor with the shinning sun and the mountains surrounding their village entirely alongside the bright sunlight shinning down. It was warm outside and many other of the village were doing their everyday things such as farming, talking to each other and chores to get by.

At the time, the young Karoi didn't exactly know that his brother didn't love him and instead thought that he adored him like he did him, because that's how their mother raised them. Unfortunately for her, Odin did not like the idea of 'love' as he saw it as weakness and inevitable breakdowns. Without her knowing, Odin was planting evil and twisted ideas into Thor's mindset, ultimately changing it and warping it to something of his own morals and thoughts...

''Hey, Thor. Can I play with you?'' asked Karoi with a smile on his face but he and his friends are bursting out of laughter. He makes room for the breath to say ''Who would want to play with you, you're a faggot!'' He says. He had heard his father call many people that, so he picked it up thinking it meant other things. Karoi had also picked it up as a 'curse' word.

With Karoi's expression on his face changing, he turned around and ran to and into his house crying to his mother's arms. "What's wrong my child?" she asked worrisome. He was crying so hard that he couldn't make out words but when being able to : "Thor.. Doesn't want to play with me. And he called me a bad word!''

My mothers look changed to that of an angry, confused and saddened expression all at the same time.

She stormed into into Odin's room : ''WHAT have you been teaching OUR CHILD!'' She screamed at him but Karoi knew what was coming... Odin stood up and yelled at her ''You dare… RAISE YOUR TONE AT ME WOMAN?!'' He hit her with the handle of his blade and she fallen onto the ground, almost in tears. Doing the best he can, Karoi tried keep his tears in. A real man isn't meant to cry right?

1 day later

Karoi went to school like regular to learn more about their history and other things. Because he was still young, the school system back then didn't require to start training to become a powerful warrior at 13. Not only that but the school he attended was a very prestigious Asgardian school. He's Odin's son so it does make sense after all.

Upon entering the school facility, a 'student' years older than him bumps into him and proceeds to speak : "'Hey, watch it ki- Wait. You're Karoi right? Ahah. Your family is a bunch of cows!'' he said as he walked off in laughter. Ignoring his words, Karoi put his hood up and went to 'class'. As he sat down, he looked over at Angora who looked him back with a smile. "Althought I like her so much, she is human.. And my father does not like humans." he thought to himself.

6 years later

Despite times still being quite similar, Karoi has grown to be 19 and a formidable fighter now. He sat in his wooden house up in room, with his mother downstairs and as the 'Shinphone 1000' came out recently and he was able to buy it. He texted with Angora who he had still remained in contact with and she messaged him that she'll come over, only because Odin wasn't at home.

About 20 minutes would pass as Karoi killed boredom by doing some pushups on his screeching floor beside his wooden bed. It was a much poorly decorated room compared to Thor's, who wasn't even living here anymore but Odin still didn't allow Karoi to even enter Thor's room without asking first.

After arriving, his mother called him down and both him and Angora went upstairs to his room and spoke as they sat down on the bed opposite of each other so they can look one another in the eyes.

"Thanks for coming over" Karoi says. "There is something I wanted to talk to you about. She looks curious now. "As you know, my father does not approve of humans so we will need to run... Run away at some point. We cannot do this forever." he explained. She looked down and back in his eyes as she grabbed his hands and told him "I...See. Then let's do it!" Both of them quickly grabbed their things and headed downstairs and right before they could go out the front door, "Where are you two going?" shouted his mother. "Out" he shouted back as they leave the house and close the door. Angora questions Karoi "So where are we going, Karoi?" to which he replies with a simple "I know a place."

A few years later, Karoi and Angora had a daughter in a home near a beautiful river.

One day...

''I'm going fishing, my love'' he said.

''Alright. I will watch the children'' replied back to him.

As he walked to the lake, he had noticed that the lake is far darker than usual. Thinking not much of it, he decided to sit down and unload his fishing kit. As he was putting the bait on the hook he saw a face under water.

''Huh..'' The face jumps up at him. ''AHH!'' It tackles me onto the ground. As he got a look at it, he sew it is one of Poseidon's underlings. "My father must have asked Poseidon to track us down!!". He decided that he must must show what he vowed never to show. ''Fuck you, Father!!'' Karoi grabbed the creature's mouth

and bottom mouth and ripped it apart. At the corner of his eye, he noticed many others jump from the water. Karoi quickly ran to his house and told his wife and daughter to run. He turn around and fought a couple off before catching up with his family again. They successfully made it to the docks and readied a boat. ''Get on, I'll hold some of them off!'' he exclaimed with as more of them coming at them now.

They get in, and he fight off a couple more, imminently jumping on the boat with them. Quickly, Karoi and Angora started rowing through the river and away while more and more appear... As he looked at Angora, she was grabbed and pulled by one of their grappling hooks into the water. ''NO!!'' he screamed with a horrified expression on his face, instinctively protecting his daughter from the next grappling hook. Karoi grabbed it and pulled the rope, snapping it. He took his daughter and spun the grappling hook, throwing it onto the land around him. As he went to pull and reel onto the land, he was stabbed from behind as more underlings hit his daughter with a grappling hook and pulled her down into the dark, deep water.

Getting successfully on land, Karoi could feel nothing more than pure anger as rage was the only thing in his mind. Seeing the nearest creature coming at him, Karoi vanished from his position as he had perception blitzed it and punched

with his hand through it's chest and grab the top of its head while my hand is in. He pulled it's head down, ripping it's top jaw off, killing it. Immediately he picked up one of the grappling hooks that had a long rope and and swing it around with green energy flowing through the rope to the grappling hook, killing many of them.

He looked around. ''These ones aren't worth my time..'' Knowing what he must do, he had traveled to his old home. To his father. When entering the house, he looked up at him but he only said ''So you have come back. Blinded by rage I

see. Vengeance is not yours for decision, only your God decides..''

''Then my God is a God of vengeance.'' Karoi said, quickly charging towards him. Odin easily dodged the first punch, and kicked the side of his son's ribs. ''Weak'' He teases. Quickly getting up, he grabbed his old spear.

''We are using weapons I see.'' he utters whilst pulling out his famous blade and swinging at Karoi. Being able to dodge the blows coming at his head, he successfully swept his old man's legs with the end of his spear, making him fall to the floor. Not wasting this opportunity, Karoi immediately goes for the kill. Not a single wasted second and he turns into crows and flies around Karoi. Being able to tell, the angered son grabbed one of the crows legs, which was him, and threw it onto the ground.

He turns back and quickly backs up to what seemed a wall. Having nowhere to run, he summons lightning upon Karoi from shooting it from his finger tips but he simply put his hand up, absorbing it. Imbuing the spear with lighting, which turns purple. While being distracted, Odin was able to escape with Huginn's help.

Karoi stood up, with fear of himself and what he did... His mother walked into the house and he looked over at her, seeing that she was horrified. Not because of the very short battle between her husband and son, but because the village was entirely burning and everyone was dead. Even the farmers, even the children...

He look at her with anger, too. ''You… You were in on this'' She nods her head ''N-no, I swear! It was Odin! He forced me to contact Poseidon!'' He could tell she was lying. Slowly he walked over to her as she tries to run. Karoi grab her by the hair and trailed her back. Picking up his spear and piercing her chest. Her last words were ''I wish… If only.. You were never born..'' he finish her by snapping her neck also.

Not knowing what to do, Karoi left to Olympus to justify his actions to Zeus.
