Chapitre 17: OP Fruit
I apologize for the late update. I have been really busy lately with a research presentation and projects. I will be busy with another project and an up coming quiz (they are killing me bruh) so there will probably be no chapter till Friday or the weekends.

As I checked the notification the system gave me, a smile spread across my face. Without hesitation, I immediately went into the menu tab. Upon reaching the menu screen, I found the usual apps, with two new ones added: inventory and trade. The inventory had a drawing of a brown bag, and the app had a red circle with 1 inside it, positioned on the top right side of the app. On the other hand, the trade app displayed two arrows pointing to the left and right, facing each other.
'The fruit must be inside my inventory. Let me check it out.'
When I pressed on the inventory, a 5 x 10 grid appeared. On the very first square, there was a dark purple fruit that resembled a lock, with a leaf on the top right of its head.
'System, is there a way to look at the description of devil fruits? Didn't I get a skill from the mission about descriptions?'
[The host can read the description of any items in the inventory, with the exception of higher rarity items. The host was given the skill 'Fruit Description,' which allows the user to read people's Unawakened devil fruits. The user can also read the awakened version of their fruits, with the exceptions of higher rarity fruits.]
I thought about what the system said to me and accepted the fact that my skill was limited. After a bit of thinking, I pressed on the fruit, and what I saw astonished me.

Unawakened:
Allows the user to lock and unlock any doors and chests he touches. The user can also create handcuffs that stop the one in cuffs from moving and using their abilities (Can be broken if the target has a higher level of haki than the caster).

Awakened:
The user possesses the ability to lock anything they come into contact with, be it a ship, a cannonball, or even the sea. They can also lock a target's Haki, preventing them from using it for a certain period (Can be countered with stronger haki). Additionally, the user can lock other people's Devil Fruits, disabling their ability to use them temporarily (Can be countered with stronger haki). If the user is strong enough, they can lock and unlock a person's potential.

With all honesty, I didn't think the fruit would be good. At best, I thought it would be something like Buggy's fruit. The more I looked at the description of the fruit, the happier I got. After a few minutes, I exited the inventory app and went into the SP store, intending to buy some skills and possibly haki if I could afford it.

Shikai (Can be used by the wielder) - 10,000SP

After 20 pages of the SP store, I still couldn't find haki or any skills that would be useful in defeating Enel and his priests. Getting frustrated, I asked the system,
'Hey, why can't I find haki? It should be on the first page, that's one of the most important skills to have!'
[Haki can currently only be bought through the WP store]
'Why?! WP store is just an inflated version of SP store, it's practically the same!'
[The WP is physical things, not instant learn like SP store.]
'Instant learn is better anyway, and why the hell is there no haki?'
[The host currently does not have a physical body. The host must first buy a physical body to use haki.]
'A physical body? Like humans? I like my body just fine, I don't feel any discomfort and I can go wherever I want'

'That's the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. Why the hell do I need a body to learn haki? I just want to teach it.'

'Well, whatever. How will Zoro beat Enel now that he can't use haki?'

Reading the description of a few skills, I finally chose the most likely skill that would help me against Enel, and that skill is called 'Sacrifice'

Hey, this will be a short chapter as I am extremely tired and have school tomorrow. And as I said at the start of the ff that there will probably be no chapter till the weekends.
I only made this chapter because I wanted to let you guys know about the updates and at least give you guys something, That's why this chapter is kind of half-assed and only talked about the system info. Though this chapter is not completely useless, as it talks more about the WP store. WP store will become VERY important in the future so I wanted to at least mention it.
SPOILERS: BTW, the mc will NOT turn human!!! He will have a body, but will will be like a logia body and it's purely black, with just his eyes and mouth being white. I will comment what he looks like if I remember lol
