Isn't he amazing? Charlotte thought to herself, as she looked at Xavier through her window. She couldn't tell what it was that always had her drawn to Alpha Charles's betas. Stuart hadn't retained his position long enough for her to make her moves.

Now she was faced with the temptation of having to get at Xavier, who had her titillating every second that her eyes caught sight of him.

She wondered if he already had someone in his life, but then she wouldn't mind snatching him away from her. The thought of it had her wanting him even more, and she wanted him right that instant.

"What is it, Charlotte?" Amelia noticed just how much Charlotte had been focused on something outside the window, and had become concerned about it.

"I'm alright… I just zoned out for a minute," Charlotte muttered in embarrassment of her thoughts. "So… where's Elizabeth? She seems awkwardly distant these days."
