Winds parted as Reginald charged forward, his dagger glowing an eerie red. 

The skill the older scout used was quite similar to one of Shye's trump cards, [Nightfall Reaper], in the sense that it was silent as midnight.

However, just from one look, Shye already knew that the skill-infused dagger was extremely lethal, and it would probably take his life should he take it head-on.

'Hmm…that red glow probably enhances his dagger's sharpness or something. However…' 

Shye was honestly a bit disappointed. 

If this was Reginald's ultimate killing move, Shye thought it seemed a bit too weak, as there were several ways to counter it. 

Even he had multiple strategies to handle it.

However, he wouldn't express this directly to Reginald, as it would be unnecessarily rude. He aimed to humble the older scout somewhat but didn't want to completely shatter Reginald's ego and pride.
