Hence, there weren't any meaningful matches, and everyone who was expected to advance, advanced again, this time, to the top 32.

'Haaah…Better than nothing…I guess…' Shye comforted himself.

He was starting to get greedy again after earning 30,000 points per victory, forgetting how hard it was to grind points outside competitions.

Humans are inherently greedy. Shye? A bit greedier than most.

Well, he had a few important missions to fulfill, and the earlier he accomplished them, the more time he would have to live the simple life he always wanted.

One of his missions was to look for his parents, whose situations were unknown.

He didn't even know if they were still alive.

However, he would never give up before even trying.
