Chapitre 48: UNDERGROUND WORLD III

As Axel gazed upon the glittering wealth of the cave, he realized that something was not quite right. The air was not only rich with the scent of treasure, but also with the stench of death. A faint, white mist seemed to creep along the floor, swirling around the piles of gold and gems. And, in the shadows, he could just make out the shapes of twisted, skeletal figures, half-hidden in the gloom.

As Axel approached, he knelt and saw that the figures were covered in grave-clothes, their faces pale and decayed.

"People have been killed here," Axel said. His words filled the once excited players with fear and they hurried over to him.

"Is that a skeleton? Could there be a monster around who eats humans?" Rosa asked, pointing to the skeleton on the floor. Her eyes filled with terror as she trembled.

"We're in danger!" Logan exclaimed, gritting his teeth in frustration. "We are all going to die soon?"
