Chapitre 336: A Beast Without Leash

Damien left the room without turning back. His eyes were dark and cold like a vortex that could suck everything around him. Abraham wanted to shout and stop him but as Damien reached for the door, the touch of his finger made the white polished door black and charred. It turned into burnt wood at once but it did not spread fire.

Damien did not want to kill him but he wanted to threaten the church. The mundane humans would never be able to stand against the curse of the goddess. Only the blessings of the goddess had that power!

"If only that foolish girl had inherited the powers from her mother." he cursed as he felt Eve as a traitor. How could she marry a man who had killed her mother. 

Damein closed his eyes and took many short breaths as if he was struggling for oxygen in his body. His face slowly started to calm down. He did not want to initiate the war, he never wanted to fight the curse.
