“Well, hello, Jessica.” Marcus puts his hand on the counter, leaning toward her as well. I see his eyes staring down her mountain of cleavage, not even trying to make eye contact with her. I roll my eyes so hard that it physically hurts. “How have you been?”

“I’ve been quite well. Missed you at the bonfire the other night,” Jessica flirts heavily with Marcus and it’s nothing that I haven’t seen before but it is still gross to witness up close.

“Ah, yeah. Logan’s been keeping me pretty busy these days. Working out in the sun for long hours makes me very tired. I like to go home, drink a couple of beers, and then crash on my bed.” Marcus shrugs, taking the opportunity to flex his tanned muscles.

I have to admit, they’re impressive.

“That sounds like a lot of fun. Maybe I can swing by after work one day and keep you company,” Jessica boldly says and I’m pretty impressed by that too. Grossed out for sure, but also impressed.
