"Excuse me, is there a place nearby called the Qingka Tavern?"

Following the route, Zeng Yi quickly found the Qingka Tavern. It was a two-story building with its outer walls painted green, standing out among the surrounding buildings. The tavern entrance was a double-leaf wooden circular arch with a signboard hanging above it, engraved with the four characters "Qingka Tavern". The tavern door was closed, but through the glass window on the door, there was dim light inside, indicating that there were people and the tavern was still in business.
Zeng Yi approached and grabbed the door handle, trying to pull it open, but the door didn't budge.
Feeling a bit embarrassed, Zeng Yi realized that the door should be pushed inward. He pushed the door handle inward, and the tavern door opened.
"Ding-a-ling~"
As the door was pushed open, a small metal bell hanging above the entrance made a crisp sound.
Inside the tavern, Kali stood behind the counter wearing a white waiter uniform. Her shoulder-length hair was tied into a ponytail at the back of her head, giving her a clean and spirited look. Kali held a transparent crystal goblet in one hand and a piece of cloth in the other, carefully wiping the goblet as a tavern waitress.
Hearing the clear sound of the bell, Kali quickly put down her work, turned her head, and smiled, "Welcome to the Qingka Tavern... Little Yi?"
Recognizing the appearance of the person in front of her – green garment, long sword, long tied hair, and a slight smile on his handsome face, with a furry little cat sitting on his shoulder – Kali instantly realized it was Zeng Yi, who she knew. Her originally gentle voice suddenly exclaimed in surprise.
"Hey! Kali, I've come to pester you again, haha." Zeng Yi greeted her cheerfully.
"Meow~" Xiao Ju also remembered Kali and let out a cute meow.
"Brother Zeng Yi has arrived?"
The two brothers, Xiong Zhong and Xiong Yi, who were arm-wrestling inside the tavern, stopped and looked towards the entrance.
"Hehe, hello everyone! Big Brother Xiong." Zeng Yi looked inside the tavern and greeted the two brothers sitting at a table.
"Hahaha! Brother Zeng Yi, you came at the right time. Let me treat you to a drink." Xiong Zhong laughed and said.
"Kali, bring us the best drinks!"
Zeng Yi, without any pretense, walked straight to the seats of Xiong Da and Xiong Er. He liked making friends with these kinds of people – bold and generous – making it very comfortable to be with them.
"Why aren't Uncle Zong and Skinny Monkey here?" Zeng Yi asked Xiong Da. He looked around the tavern and saw only a few scattered figures, apart from the two brothers and Kali, whom he recognized, he didn't know anyone else.
"They have something to do today and didn't come. It's just the three of us here in the tavern." Xiong Yi replied to Zeng Yi.
"But they should come tonight."
"Oh, I see." Zeng Yi nodded.
"Is this the genius you guys were talking about?"
A rough voice sounded, and Zeng Yi turned around and saw a fat man standing behind him, looking him up and down.
According to Zeng Yi's estimate, this person was about 1.7 meters tall, but his body had a width of about 1 meter. His belly was round and estimated to weigh around 300 kilograms. He had a thick beard on his face, indicating a dense amount of hair follicles. However, Zeng Yi felt that he had seen this person somewhere before and had a sense of inexplicable familiarity.
"Who are you uncle?" Zeng Yi couldn't help but ask.
"You're calling me 'Uncle'? I'm a 25 years old youth!" The fat man raised his voice unhappily when he heard Zeng Yi's question.
"Uh..."
"You look so mature and experienced; with that rough voice, only 25 years old? I thought you were in your fifties or sixties! Besides, I'm only fifteen, and you're twenty-five. It's no big deal calling you 'uncle,' right?"
Looking at the fat man, Zeng Yi couldn't help but mock internally.
"Hahaha, yes, this is our brother Zeng Yi." Xiong Zhong laughed and said.
"Oh? He doesn't seem that strong," the fat man said, looking at Zeng Yi with a hint of disdain.
"Hehe," Zeng Yi could sense that this person seemed to have some hostility towards him, but as he seemed to know Xiong Da and Xiong Er, and appeared to be their friend, Zeng Yi just smiled and didn't say anything.
"Hehe, Little Yi may not be strong, but defeating you would just be a piece of cake," Kali walked over with a tray in her hand. On it were five green jade bottles, which she placed on the table in front of the fat man.
"Little Yi, don't mind him. This person is a bit eccentric," Kali said to Zeng Yi, paying no attention to the fat man's feelings.
"Hmph~" Hearing Kali's words, the fat man made a dissatisfied sound but didn't dare to argue with Kali. Zeng Yi could feel that this person seemed to be quite afraid of Kali!
"Hahaha~"
Seeing the fat man's appearance, the Xiong brothers burst into laughter.
"What are you two idiots laughing at? Do you want to have a conversation with me?" The fat man became displeased when he saw Xiong Da and Xiong Er laughing at him. Although he was afraid of Kali, he wasn't afraid of these two.
"Oh? Since you put it that way, then let's have a chat!" Xiong Zhong and Xiong Yi stood up and looked philosophically at the fat man.
