As far as I'm concerned,this night out for a drink is literally going better than I expected. With each conversation sparking another conversation. 

We talk about a lot of things like people who have known each other for a long time. Though to be fair, I've known David through all the research I had been doing about the Delavegas. Digging into them as deep as possible. I was almost obsessed with that. 

And at this moment? I'm starting to feel better about how things are aligning themselves. 

"To new beginnings. To getting on good terms with each other," he raises his glass for a toast and I respond by raising mine too. 

 We both gulp the drinks in our glasses at the same time before slamming the glasses on the table. We then look at each other and let out a laughter, unanimously, as though reading each other's minds. 

"I can't beleive it. Me, having a drink with the beautiful Maria Banes," he exclaims.
