"He vomited a lot in the middle of the night yesterday and even got some on our couch. I just sent the cushions to be cleaned this morning." Mrs. Lewis said, "He woke up with a terrible headache this morning, and he wouldn't eat breakfast."
"I was afraid he'd feel sick and wouldn't eat, so I made him clear soup noodles with bone broth, only adding rapeseed and egg, I didn't dare to put even a little bit of minced meat in it. And he still couldn't eat." Mrs. Lewis sneered.
"Last night he was all high and mighty about wanting to test Lyke's drinking capacity." Mrs. Lewis had been completely reassured after seeing Lyke's composure and was now more than happy to include him in the conversation.
"After he woke up this morning, I showed your father how drunk the two of them got last night. Let's see who was testing who." Mrs. Lewis said.
Mr. Lewis: "..."
Frankly speaking, it is incredibly embarrassing.
"Dad, are you feeling better now?" Peggy Lewis asked again.
