Chapitre 39: Chapter 37: The Arrival of Malgarius
The chapter begins on planet Kurayami, where Selena, Kai, and Seraphine stand before Zenithar, their Galactic Patrol badges proudly displayed.
Selena: "We're here on a mission from the Galactic Patrol. We're tasked with retrieving a Shadow Cult member named Vaelithra and her companions, Sylvara and Elara."
Zenithar inquires about their intentions with the captured individuals, to which Selena replies that they plan to imprison them in a Galactic Patrol facility. Zenithar, however, expresses his desire to kill Vaelithra. Selena intervenes, pleading with Zenithar to allow them to handle the situation through legal means.
Zenithar, showing a moment of cooperation, agrees to let Selena apprehend Vaelithra. He then reverts from his Abyssal Ascension form and lowers his guard. As Selena moves in to handcuff Vaelithra, a shadowy figure abruptly emerges from the shadows and delivers a powerful kick to Selena's face.
Kai and Seraphine react swiftly, leaping at the mysterious intruder to defend Selena. However, the enigmatic figure demonstrates their control over gravity, slamming both Kai and Seraphine to the ground with a forceful manipulation of gravitational forces.
As the figure removes their hood, they reveal themselves as Malgarius, the head of the Shadow Cult. He declares his intent to retrieve the Void Key personally, casting an ominous shadow over the situation.
