Anna Rivers tapped her newly done nails, looking smug.

Evelyn Sherman had heard this kind of speech from her mouth many times already, and she had no intention of wasting her breath arguing with her.
Furthermore, she didn't want anyone to know about the deal she made with Chester Yale.
Her only concern now was whether Chester had returned to the Villa or not.
If he did return and found that she had not arrived as promised, he might think of some way to get back at her.
With this in mind, Evelyn tried to leave past Anna.
"Evelyn Sherman, don't think just because you slept with Mr. Chester four years ago, he will remember the past affection. I tell you, copyright disputes can be a big or small issue. As long as Yale Group pursues it to the end, you're done!"
Seeing Evelyn trying to leave, Anna stepped in front of her with her high heels arrogantly.
She hated Evelyn for no reason at all.
With Evelyn around, she would forever be second best.

Even the man she liked was the same.

She had not spent a single day in these four years without hating Evelyn!
She wished she could trample her under her foot relentlessly.
Finally, Chester returned, and from a poor kid back then, he had become the heir of the Yale Group. This time, she would not give Evelyn another chance to win!
"My affairs are none of your business." Evelyn's eyebrows furrowed slightly.

Speaking halfway, Anna suddenly stopped herself as if she remembered something.
"What is it?"
Evelyn's body stiffened a bit, narrowed her eyes, and stared at her warily.
She had always suspected that someone was plotting against her regarding the mis-signed contract. Now it seemed she was right.
This matter had something to do with Anna too!
"Why should I tell you? I just like watching you in misery, being trampled underfoot by others, and even better if you are locked up in prison and disappear from my sight forever!"
"Let go!"
Evelyn's facial expression changed slightly, knowing she couldn't get any more information from Anna. She glanced at her wristwatch.
It was almost six o'clock.
She wondered if Chester had returned to the Villa yet?
She wanted to clarify the contract issue, but now she had bigger worries about offending Chester.
Seeing Anna's posture, knowing she was in a hurry to leave, she decided to make things difficult for her today.
Evelyn couldn't stand it any longer, suddenly raised her head, her gaze sweeping over Anna's body, finally stopping on her slightly unnatural face.
Her eyes flashed slightly, the corner of her mouth hooked into a smile.
"Miss Rivers, when it comes to Botox injections, it's best to keep a low profile. If the reporters find out, you'll be the headline on tomorrow's entertainment news."
Finishing her words, Anna obviously panicked, glanced around like a thief.
Finding no reporters around, she glared back at Evelyn furiously.
"What are you talking about? Who told you I had Botox?"
"I'm just saying, whether you really had it or not is none of my business. However, if reporters find out you've been in and out of the Hospital, not only Botox, but even abortion news could come out. Better watch yourself."
