Suzanne Trent clenched the cell phone. As the driver's electric baton was about to strike her again, she jerked violently, causing the car to sway and begin to plummet.
"Ah! Damn!" The driver's hand, holding the electric baton, trembled. With the shaking of the car, his strike went off target, hitting Suzanne's leg instead.
The severe pain shooting through her leg made Suzanne's already pale face turn deathly white.
The driver tried to restrain her, pressing down on her struggling body, "Don't move! Don't move! Stop moving—"
However, it was too late. As Suzanne writhed in pain, clutching his cell phone in one hand and a military knife in the other, lunging at him, coupled with the force of her body pressing against the windshield, the car lost balance entirely. It toppled towards the rapidly flowing river and dropped straight into the water.
