Coulson had just stepped out of the puppet shop's door when Barton spoke up: "Coulson, what happened with the group that just left?"

"I suspect that the box contains another dose of the body enhancement serum."

Winter Soldiers Number 7 and Number 8 took cover on both sides of the road, waiting for Coulson's armored vehicle to arrive.
About two minutes later, an armored vehicle slowly approached and came into the view of Winter Soldier Number 7.
Winter Soldier Number 7 held a grenade launcher, stepped out onto the street, and aimed at the approaching armored vehicle before pulling the trigger.
"Boom!"
A grenade was launched, but the S.H.I.E.L.D. agent driving the car noticed someone holding a grenade launcher on the road and quickly reacted. As soon as the other side pulled the trigger, he turned the steering wheel sharply, narrowly avoiding the shot.

The grenade tore through the vehicle's body, causing the entire armored vehicle to completely break apart.
Seeing the destruction they caused, Winter Soldier Number 7 tossed the empty grenade launcher aside and didn't leave immediately. Instead, they watched the burning armored car to see if anyone would emerge alive.
