Chapitre 527: I'm Back

As my vision adapted after teleporting, I found myself above a metropolis. 

Unlike the modern and contemporary designs I'm used to in South Korea, this place had a different feel. 

The buildings were a mix of classic and modern, mostly not tall, creating a unique atmosphere than I'm used to. 

From my view, the city looked like a living map of this nations history and culture.

It was a representation of countless years of hard work to become the richest and most powerful nation in the world in terms of military power—and also by having a lot debt to fund all those big toys. 

They seemed to go along quite well, having one of the most debt and also the right to deter anyone from collecting using their overwhelming military power. 

It was like a bizarre game of financial warfare, where the one with the biggest IOUs also had the biggest stick to wave around.
