"Yes, I'd like to get a unit in Clark Residential right next to your unit," she said.

"I'm not sure if I can help you with that because all the units in Clark are occupied. Besides, the unit next to mine has been owned by a billionaire for quite some time now."He remarked.

Kate heaved a deep sigh. There are only two VIP units on Ethan's floor, and she had wanted to get one for a long time. But there was always a problem - they were always occupied.
