Wentworth glanced through the documents briefly before putting them away. "Don't worry, Uagadou's future will be even more brilliant than its past. As for those assets, rest assured. No wizard dares to rob from the Alliance."
Hearing Wentworth's answer, Headmistress Lopez nodded, her expression a mix of resignation and melancholy. Glancing around the office, she said softly, "I must be the worst principal in Uagadou's history. I hope those who come after me will do better."
Wentworth smiled and replied, "Headmaster Lopez, don't be so hard on yourself. You still have the chance to correct past mistakes. While your management of the school might have been lacking, your teaching abilities are undeniable."
"As the chairman of Uagadou's school board, I would like to keep you on as Headmistress, but your role will be focused solely on teaching."
Headmistress Lopez looked stunned and then asked with surprise, "You're not planning to appoint a new Headmistress?"
Wentworth shook his head, smiling. "What I said fully represents the Alliance. As long as you are willing, you will remain Uagadou's Headmistress."
With that, Wentworth extended his hand to Headmistress Lopez.
Seeing this, Headmistress Lopez was silent for a while, then slowly extended her hand. As they shook hands, she said, "I hope this time, my decision is the right one."

"We have been surrounded by the wizards from the Coney tribe outside!" she exclaimed, her tone laced with urgency.
