"There is a hierarchy in the human field, even if it is believed that everyone is equal," Fredrich said, explaining to Cale what he needed to know in the back of the café.
When Cale first arrived, he believed that the café was empty because there were no customers, but it belonged to Fredrich's friend, who had rented it for a few hours. When Fredrich came to the café, his friend had left him the key and left.
Now he was telling Cale who had power in the human world.
"At the top of the pyramid are what we call the elite families, the SSS level hunters. They are nobles with noble blood for the humans. These eleven hunters stay in Armageddon, the center of the five cities, but each of them has regions or institutions that they control."
