Chapitre 50: The Fall of Myr. part 1
Elijah POV:
Reading the detailed reports about the activities of Myr I could clearly see that Mazeban and Xander were preparing for war.
Apparently they had managed to gather eighty thousand troops comprising of various slaves and sell sword companies.
The majority of which were from the company of second sons and some deserters from the golden company.
They had even manged to gather quite a few pirate ships to do their bidding as well.
On and all they were actually really sparing no expense at trying to create trouble for us.
Though I wouldn't really consider them that serious of a threat, like how could I what difference could a mere few thousands of puny humans could pose to me and my dragons.
But it was necessary to deal with them with an iron fist so as not give the impression that anyone could mess with us and face no consequences.
The preparations of the troops and ships on our side are nearly complete we should be able to launch our offensive by next week as soon as Severus and Narcissa return back from the north.
Sirius, Ragnar and Jaqen had argued that Myr would be the best city to conquer first as we start with our conquest of Esos. Stating something regarding that they are at an strategic location and would enable us deploy troops to multiple fronts from there and the fact that they were one of the only cities except Bravos which couldn't be conquered without dragons certainly added to the drive of the others for choosing this as our first target of invasion in Esos.
Right now what was the major concern for me was the fact that once we mobilize our troops we would definitely enter the game of thrones something in which I don't really wanna take part in.
But the conquest of Esos was absolutely vital for our plans for Valhalla . For Better or for worse Myr has been destined to be wiped out of existence in this world.
Not even Gods can change that now, but what I am concerned about is how to deal with the aftermath of this.
Initially I wanted to deal with bastard three eyed raven first and liberate the children of the forest but then this bastard Mazeban had to order his navy to sink our ships.
That was totally uncalled for we lost approximately two thousand of our citizens that day and now they will have to pay, otherwise what kind of a joke of a king would be I be ? If I did not even avenge and got justice for my own people whom we had saved from slavery and promised a new life.
The three eyed raven can live for a few more days but Mazeban and Xander along with their entire family line along with everyone involved in this terrorist attack would be burned in Dragon fire and no one and no army not even Gods themselves can save them now.
An army of eighty thousand along with a twenty thousand strong navy total one hundred thousand people need to be destroyed so that my people can get justice then so be it! I will burn everything down to ashes fuck whatever happens after that we will deal with the consequences when we cross that bridge.
