The teachers at the Soulmancer school are carefully selected from various major Soulmancer organizations, with their strengths typically around the intermediate Soulmancer level. 

This is almost a default expectation, considering they only need to recruit apprentices,sending overly strong elites is unnecessary, but too weak teachers would somewhat embarrass the Guilds.

William was planning to return to his small villa when he found Garen waiting for him at the door.

"You looking for me?" William raised an eyebrow at Garen, noting from his aura that Garen had indeed comprehended something significant.
