Chapitre 54: You shall suffer under my kiss, Evangeline

"Mmmm," Evangeline moaned slightly before she licked her slightly chapped lips. 

Her brows scrunched before she opened her eyes.

The room was dimly lit with a small wall light, giving it a slightly aesthetic look.

The first thing she noticed was the dark brown ceiling of the room with some white patterns, and she immediately knew that she was in a place she had never been. 

Her senses went on high alert, and she gulped, taking a deep breath and closing her eyes for a second.

She opened them again and turned to her left, ready to dash out of the bed and run away from where she was. However, as soon as she turned, her eyes met with Alexander's dark ones, who leaned on the boss's chair as he looked at her. 

His eyes were cold and expression neutral as if he was looking straight inside her head, and she gulped.
