Chapitre 204: The Changeling & Butterfly Manor
The Changeling, a Formless Horror from the universe known as Warhammer (Fantasy) and from what I read up about him he is probably the most over powered non-godly being I have ever come across for a possible summon.
Simply put he has one ability and that's shapeshift, but not just any ordinary shapeshift mind you but what I would term it as the 'I'm You, But So Much Better' kind of Shapeshift.
Give an example he can become anyone and anything that he has either defeated, killed, been in the vicinity of when severely injured or anything that he considers to be an Ally of himself he can become twice as strong to possibly even five times stronger than said thing he copies.
Example of someone let's say he was able to defeat Ywach from Bleach, in that hypothetical scenario where he did beat Ywach he would have all of Ywach's powers, ability's and strengths but even more so than the original Ywach.
The scary part is that he could go and disguise himself as say some random underling he killed under some big bad and all he would have to ask is if he is a comrade to his target, if the target agrees he can thus subtly take on the aspect of his target without needing to harm them and as a result gain their form and easily be able to take them down without issue for the most part.
And thanks to Fortunate Son I had him summoned to my side, though of course not right at this second as we still had a ways to go until we reached the Butterfly Manor.
But having him is a real game changer, though from his personality…. While he is bound by the system to obey me and never betray me it's not impossible…. For him to play some unwanted tricks upon me as a joke.
'Like for example he could do what Mysterio did to Spider Man: Far From Home and disguise himself as his girlfriend to kiss him to do that fake out that it was actually him scene…. Which thinking about it was pretty weird they did that in the movie, even if those two actors didn't actually kiss but it was implied they did nonetheless.' Shinigami gave me an example which made me shiver at the thought of me making out with Mikan or the other girls only for them to turn out to be the Changeling….
'Oh man now that's going to be stuck in my head for awhile as a result.' I could only think to myself as we continued on our way to the Butterfly Manor.

A few hours later.
"Looks like we made it, Mikan, help me get her onto the stretcher so we can bring her inside." I said as Mikan opened a lower compartment on the cart to pull out the stretcher and get ready.
"Mind helping out?" I asked Shinobu, who after talking to her sister for awhile who was now back to sleep had calmed down about the whole teasing thing, nodded as we both lifted her up onto the stretcher before bringing her into the manor proper.
"…. Wait I never asked, did you guys happen to know what happened to the Kakushi, our trained Demon Slayer Supporters, that should have been in the nearby area?" Shinobu asked as it was odd since usually a small group of Kakushi of about 2 or 3 would be around whenever any Hashira went out to hunt demons where trainees would luckily have 1 or maybe 2 nearby in their missions, so surely they should have been around when Kanae was attacked right?
"Unfortunately when I went out and secured the perimeter when Master Hifumi and Lady Mikan were treating your sister I found them, they were brutally murdered with one female being half eaten and the two men being frozen and destroyed like ice sculptures from encountering Doma as he retreated due to the rising sun." Serenity interjected as she held blood soaked masks that only Kakushi wear in her gloved hand.
"Oh…. What a shame…." Shinobu said feeling clearly distraught at the loss of even more lives thanks to Doma, especially them being members of the Demon Slayer Corps.
So she took their masks as proof of their deaths from Serenity as we all headed into the Butterfly manor.
"Lady Kanae! Lady Shinobu!" Three little girls called out as they saw us with Shinobu as well as Kanae on a stretcher.
(N) Yeah had to double check and yep those three small girls were already residing at the Butterfly Manor at the time of her original death since they were present at Kanae's funeral.
"You can tell them all about what happened after we get her to her room alright?" I say to which she nods before looking at the three girls.
"Sumi, Niho, Kiyo, let's get her to her room and I'll explain everything, Sumi go tell Kanao what happened and ask her to come to Kanae's room where I'll explain everything when I'm there." She said to the three girls who nodded before one ran off to go tell the other girl on the property what happened as we made our way into the manor proper before reaching Kanae's room.
Luckily in her bedroom she had an actual bed and not a Japanese Futons that people tend to love to use in this country so me and Shinobu lifted her up before placing her onto her bed as Mikan and Florence did some additional prep such as a side fluid bag stand that would give her body it's necessary nutrients while her organs began to heal slowly.
After inserting the tube from the nutrient liquid bag into her arm she was as good as she was going to get, especially since here we couldn't have bio monitoring set up with no real electricity in someplace as remote as this.
"That will have to do for now, for a few weeks she won't be able to eat any foods that require chewing due to the recently healed damage to her organs from her battle, for now only soup and porridge should be fed to her and very small amounts of rice once or twice a week at most, after a month she can start to slowly have normal foods, and with no complications her wounds should be healed in three months time." Florence said giving a rough time table on how long Kanae will be out of commission for.
"Luckily my powers will let me see the condition of her internal wounds and how long it will take to heal completely, though she shouldn't go back to fighting demons for about six months at most for her internal scarring to be almost entirely healed up." I said as well to which Shinobu, Kiyo & Naho nodded just as Sumi returned with the other resident who I'd learn to be the younger and quieter Kanao Tsuyuri.
"Good, since everyone is here I'll explain everything that has happened to you four, and who these guests are that saved Sister Kanae's life." Shinobu Said as she went ont explain everything that had happened, all the while a crow listened in from a nearby tree.

"I see, so we have some unknown people at the Butterfly Manor who helped saved Kanae's life, well I'd like to meet these people in person." Kagaya Ubuyashiki said to himself after hearing from the messenger crows what they had learned at the Butterfly Manor.
"Send word to the other Hashira what happened, tomorrow I'd like to meet these people specifically, something is telling me that they will be of massive aid in our battle with the Demons." He said to his messenger Crows who all went off to gather all of the Hashira to his manor by midday tomorrow.
"Things are changing…. I can just feel it." He said as he looked up towards the sun while the curse on his face was ever so slowly going down towards his eyes.
"Maybe, maybe this will turn the tides…."
