Chapitre 20: Not a Chapter - Sorry for the delay.
Well, life has been rather annoying recently, as the german tax institution has claimed that I didn't pay enought taxes in 2018... 6 years ago...
So, if you want to complain over there being no new chapters, you can directly contact the german Finanzamt, as I continue spending my free time scurring through 6-year-old documents to figure out what was going on with my income back then.
That being said, the end is in sight, and I believe I can return to a more steady schedule next week.
