Chapitre 105: Immortal gang of doom

Dhruv's eyes continued to twitch for a few moments, and then his consciousness fully returned to his own body. Even when his consciousness returned to him he didn't immediately open his eyes, fearing that the gang might be monitoring him.

'Why did I wake up from the sleep? Did it not work on me as expected?' he wondered, momentarily confused by the fact. After thinking for few more seconds he remembered something...

'So, I woke up because of the illusion resistance skill,' he finally understood what was unique about his situation.

Dhruv still kept his eyes closed for a while, but eventually, he couldn't resist the urge and began to open them slightly. He did so cautiously, ensuring that even if they were monitoring him, they wouldn't be able to tell the difference. 

As Dhruv looked at his surroundings he was disappointed to realize that he had placed too much hope in the kidnappers, and there didn't seem to be anyone monitoring him.
