It wasn't complete, but Rain was able to fall asleep and remain conscious for one hour. It was a weird feeling being aware that you are sleeping and also knowing how things were happening around him. Perhaps it was just Rain's imagination and Terra's snoring kept him awake, but soon he began to feel his body getting hot while it was trying to keep using Meditation Mastery beyond its limits.

"I guess I need to be able to do this for a while longer," Rain thought. "Anyway, is this fine?"

While we sleep, the brain processes and consolidates information acquired during the day. This helps in forming memories and linking new information with existing knowledge, aiding in learning and problem-solving.
