Almost as soon as he spoke, a blue energy surged out of the forest, accompanied by swirling black smoke. A giant figure emerged from the blue energy. Who else could it be but Thanos?

"You must do it," Vision's tone was almost begging, "Please, we don't have time."
"I can't." Wanda Maximoff's lips trembled, tears welled up in her eyes. Slowly, she extended her palm, even though her heart was reluctant, she had no other choice now.
If she didn't kill Vision, the universe would be destroyed.
She had to make a choice between Vision and the universe.
In the end, Wanda Maximoff chose to sacrifice her beloved, choosing to save the universe.
"You won't hurt me," Vision knelt on the ground, looking affectionately at Wanda, speaking lies even he couldn't believe.
Wanda Maximoff's eyes were filled with tears. Radiant energy surged from her palm and landed on the Mind Stone on Vision's forehead.
On the other side, War Machine, James Rhodes, fired at Thanos from the air but was thrown aside. Winter Soldier, Bucky Barnes, roared as he shot with his submachine gun but was sent flying. Okoye, the general of Wakanda, and Black Widow, Natasha Romanoff, one by one, were knocked down by Thanos. No one was able to last even one round against Thanos.
In the midst of this, a new teammate appeared whom no one had ever seen before—a tree that had grown into humanoid form.
At this moment, the "physique comparable to that of gods" Star-Lord had not yet appeared, and only one member of the Guardians of the Galaxy, Rocket Raccoon, had shown up, but there was no information to indicate his connection to the Guardians of the Galaxy.
So, no one recognized Groot at all.
Groot thrust both hands into the ground, and the earth churned as the tree vines rolled like waves, instantly entangling Thanos. However, Thanos easily broke free from Groot's grip.
