"Beautiful" Wren murmured as she moved her fingers gently around Cardan's face.

Cardan who had woken up earlier allowed her to do as she pleased before ultimately deciding to wake up.

"Good morning princess" Cardan greeted in his raspy voice.

"What no my little whore...." Wren stopped in shook as she caught the eye colour of Cardan. Her eyes widened in shock at her new development.

"Y-your eyes..."

Cardan swallowed before sitting up the bed pulling her along with him "My eyes."

Wren looked at them for a while before reaching her hands towards them then hesitated as she held the sides of his face.

"Their real aren't they" she stated as she looked at him longer.

Cardan covered the smaller hand the held the side of his face with his larger right hand "They are."

Wren furrowed her brows "Why would you hide eyes this beautiful?" her attention not just focused on his eyes but him.

She was in awe of their beauty.
