Persephone landed softly on the black soil of Tartarus, her dark brown hair swaying softly behind her.

Her soft brown eyes shone with a light so dark, it seems to trump even the black darkness of Tartarus. She was irate, immensely vexed. Her patience was being tested, not once, not twice, but every fucking time! First off, every other person would found themselves lucky to be fathered by the King of the Gods. But she? It was only a misfortune.

She could remember, in the distant past, when she was just a few years old, the look of total disinterest in her father's eyes, the faint twinkle of disappointment each time he looked towards her. This was already enough to set her hair on fire, but she persevered.
