What did it mean to have an Innate Edict? What did it mean to have an Innate Soul Edict? The answer was quite simple really.

For an individual to be born with an Innate Edict, or an Innate Soul Edict, one's affinity with said Edict must have been so impossibly high the Spheric Embodiment saw it fit to bestow one with an innate understanding of it, and in extension, a control several notches higher than practitioners who had only some affinity for it.

However, as is the case with every single important concepts in Existence, it wasn't ubiquitous. In fact, only the most talented geniuses of Sixth Sphere Powers and higher could boast of possessing such. But then, even those were only normal Elemental or Fusion Edicts.

As for Abstract Edicts and the more powerful Fusion Edicts, they were as rare as a four-leaf clover, confirming just how anomalous Blessed Worlds are.
