Sir Turner replied calmly, "Even if she is related to me by blood, the gap between us spans four generations. A paternity test would not be entirely accurate, and I cannot be certain of which grandchild or child she is descended from."
"Mr. Caleb Mamet, I know you care about her, but..." Sir Turner's expression turned cold, "Please do not interfere in the Turner family's matters. Whether or not she truly belongs to our family is for me to decide, and whether or not she qualifies as an heir is also my decision."
Caleb Mamet was silent for a moment, then curled his lips, "Sir, you are correct. I have no right to meddle in the Turner family's affairs. However, Xaviera is my wife, and she doesn't know about her relationship with the Turner family. I hope you won't harm her and do not in the future take her away without any notice."
The butler frowned, "Mr. Caleb Mamet, whether or not Miss Evans is a part of the Turner family, we will not harm her. Perhaps you are overly concerned."
