Frederick Cohen, who stood nearby, was a crude man, utterly confused by the conversation.
"I will go find him now," Pavilion Master said.
"I'll go with you!" Frederick Cohen hurriedly said.
Pavilion Master glanced at Frederick Cohen and said, "Your temperament is rough, you tend to ruin things; better stay here."
"No way!" Frederick was extremely resolute.
"Ethan Smith once said that you saved him; thus, you became my benefactor. With him absent, I must ensure your safety!"
Pavilion Master opened her mouth but was rendered speechless for a moment.
Unwillingly, she had to agree to let Frederick come with her.
And so, the two of them headed toward Jenson Harmon's room.
Jenson seemed to have anticipated Pavilion Master's arrival in advance, so he had Dempsey Knox waiting at the door.
Dempsey's face was filled with sinister coldness. Unlike Jenson, who would revel in the mortal world, Dempsey would not; his mind was filled with slaughter and revenge.
