It took an entire day for me to finish my day on this island, and I must say that it was a great venture. Why? Lord Burley was willing to sell us the species on this island at a lower price because some of them were already past their prime age, and he did not know where to sell them.
Besides spices, I also buy a lot of rice, flour, honey, salt, and sugar. I need to use my own money to cover the rest of the cost, but it is worth it because I know where to sell them for a large profit.
We stayed on this island for a day, and I spent my evening with Jeane, learning the magic of this world while waiting for the rest of the points I would get from capturing my target. Not only that, I spent my evening gathering information through Chiyome's ability.
I got information that Godwin's fleet tried to blockade the trade between Nirva Island and Estrise, but they encountered a misfortune. Their fleet gets trapped in a storm and then gets attacked by pirates after the storm ends.
It looks like Godwin's fleet is not as powerful when they are on the sea. They are a formidable force on the river battlefield, but on the ocean, they are a newborn baby in terms of experience when compared to the pirates.
I shake my head and look out of the window of my room. Currently, we are inside a ship going back to Estrise and then going back to the Ceras Lake Castle.
"Lord Master."
I snap from my thoughts when I hear Chiyome's words. I look at her and say.
"What is it, Chiyome?"
"We are about to arrive."
I move a little, and true enough, I can already see land in the distance. I nod my head and say.
"Tell the others to prepare. We will immediately take the river route to go back to Ceras Lake Castle."
"Of course, Lord Master."
With that order, Chiyome disappeared from my room and left me alone. If my cannon knowledge is still working, there should be a war happening in Lelcar, and I need to help the prince because I do not want my bonus points to go away.
I think I will get a little bit serious in the incoming fight. Today is the direct battle between us and Godwin. Securing absolute victory will boost the morale of our army and will make my job easier.

When Gerrald and his companion arrive at Ceras Lake Castle, the sun is already setting down. He orders his companion to go and have some rest, and he decides to visit Lucretia in her room.
He knocks on the door and opens it when he gets permission. As he gets inside, he can see Lucretia looking at the papers on the tables.
"Gerrald! It is good to see you back. How is your journey?"
"Profitable. I managed to secure a large amount of spices and other relatively expensive things in this country."
"That is good. The richer you are, the more money you can give us."
"I will not give you all my money. Anyway, that is not what I want to ask you. Can you tell me the situation?"
Lucretia looks at him with a serious expression before saying.
"We are now fighting on two fronts. In the north, Admiral Bahram Luger and his fleet are sailing to us. I need to think of a way to stop them from getting here. Raftfleet already blocked the route, and it will take them a day or two to clean that place before they can go through."
I nod, and she continues.
"Because of his recent defeat, I know he will go slower and carefully think of his next move. He did not want to get trapped once again. We can use this, but we need a victory or at least support from the south where the prince is currently located. I already sent Lelei, and she asked for reinforcement."
She looks at me right in the eyes and says.
"I need you to be the one leading this reinforcement. I already sent three hundred and fifty sailors to Lelcar to support them from the water. However, I don't think it will be enough. The one leading Godwin's Army is Zahhak, the current strongest Queen's Knight. Not only that, but he also has the experience to beat Lelei on the battlefield."
"What do you need me to do?"
"Hear me out first. I don't mind if you reject my plan but please hear me out first."
Lucretia takes a deep breath and says.
"I need you and your companion as a shock trooper. Your unit will sneak past the enemy's formation and strike at their heart. I need you to take the ship that you will bring inside your magic pocket and then use the land route to go to the other side of the river so you can sneak past their formation."
"That is a great plan, Lucretia. Why do you look hesitant to say that?"
"Because this is a dangerous job. Enemies will surround you, and the others cannot help you immediately. This is a high-risk and high-reward job. You can kill their most crucial unit, but in return, you will get surrounded by enemies who will try to kill you and your unit."
Gerrald thought for a few seconds before saying.
"I will do it. However, I need some preparation before we depart."
"It is not a problem. I will inform Logg and Lun to prepare their fastest boat to take you there. You will depart before the sun rises and should arrive there at noon if there is no problem."
Gerrald smiles at Lucretia and says.
"Leave it to us. We will make sure Frey Frey did not die in battle and attain victory."
Lucretia smiles sadly at him and says.
"I am sorry for always giving you the hard task, Gerrald."
"What are you talking about, Miss Tactician? You did need to apologize for something you must do. You are a tactician, and we are the brawn. Point at the problem, and we will do our job to ensure the victory is grasped."
Lucretia gives him a small smile and says.
"Then I will make sure to always give the right plan and tactic for you to do."
"Of course."
After saying that, Gerrald leaves her room and walks toward the portal to his pocket dimension. He walks toward his home and walks to the armory. He needs armor to pick and other weapons to choose.
