"That fight took a lot out of me." Jule says. Once the boss was defeated a portal leading out to the other side of the maze had appeared.

They seemed to have now entered the desert area.

"To think the maze would lead us to the Monagamy Desert right away. I'm a bit shocked." Valera stated.

"Forget all that. Are we even able to take a break in a place like this?" Dior asked.

He's not wrong. Not only the sand was kicking up around them, but one could feel the mana all around them. There are bound to be monsters even in places they cannot see.

"It's like the maze all over again." Morley huffed.

"I think we will do fine to take a break as long as Valera protects us with barrier magic." Vice says.

Suou glanced away when Vice looked in his direction. Don't look at me, I'm juiced out for three days. He plopped down into the sand to prove his point.

"Well, I should be able to do so for a day. After that, we'll have to move forward."
