Chapitre 123: Chapter 123: Closer

Back at the Korotkoff manor, it was chaos.

Valentin Korotkoff was barely clinging to dear life and had fallen into a coma. Both Rhyland and Dimitri were also gravely injured. The dead bodies of the security team were littered outside.

It was Natasha who noticed something was amiss when Rhyland had not returned home at the agreed upon time. She swiftly drove to the Korotkoff mansion and witnessed the carnage of the bloody battle that recently occurred.

The blood drained from her face at the thought of Rhyland being one of those bodies.

She had seen the video footage of the assassin and she was not certain that even Rhyland could handle him one on one.

Natasha hastily scanned through the dead.

'They were not outside. Good.' She thought as she ran upstairs.
