Chapitre 186: The fight is yours

When the maidservant relayed Fengming's desire to meet the Crown Princess, both Xianwu and Jia Li exchanged perplexed glances.

"Escort Jin Fengming to the guest room. We'll join shortly," Jia Li directed. Despite warning Fengming about the risks, it appeared he was adamant about disregarding her advice.

Simultaneously rising from their seats, they proceeded to meet Fengming. Upon entering the guest room, Fengming respectfully bowed in greeting.

Xianwu gestured for him to take a seat while he and Jia Li settled together.

"How is the Crown Prince faring?" inquired Fengming. 

"I'm well," Xianwu replied curtly.

"I didn't want to disturb you both at a time like this, but it was necessary," Fengming began speaking about the matter for which he came to them. "I want to become the prime minister. I don't wish my father to stay in that position," he expressed.
