I waved the system windows away and placed my hands on my knees. A heavy sigh left me as blood still trickled down my head.
The punch had left a deep gash.
The hero, on the other hand, slumped on the ground and lay flat.
"Tsk, this bitch…"
I thought the Apocalypse followed some kind of rules, it likely still did or I would have never seen the messages that openly admitted trickery and revenge.
But the functioning of this Apocalypse Keeper was still too complex to take lightly.
It wasn't all bad. In fact, it was barely harmful. The Apocalypse had simply made the Troll stronger than it was, just like the stats we had received.
