Anyone may have anticipated it because it was an established and typical method of concealing wealth.

There may be other swords in the house, but this one is more expensive and intended for the execution of individuals who were defeated by their opponents after being beaten to a pulp in the ring.

All of my senses were extremely alert.

With my eyes and skin pores open and my eyes wide open, I could see shadows and even the bodies appearing. I could also hear movements, whispers, and breathes.

My body may have adopted these qualities out of nowhere because it realized what was at stake and the kind of senses needed for this specific task.
