I groan as my back collides with the rough terrain of the rocky dirt trail.

What the-

Is this heaven?

/"Carolina!/" I groan out as I slowly sit up

I am confused when I am only met with the sound of my voice echoing around the empty trail.

/"Aspen!/" I call out

Again, I am met with the echo of my voice.

Where the hell am I?

I carefully stand up from the ground, dusting the orange dirt off of my pants.

Ugh!

My favorite pants.

As I do this I notice my arms.

I bring the limbs in my line of sight, my eyes immediately noticing the thick scars on them.

The scars are acting as a seal to seal off anymore blood from exiting my body.

Or at least I think it is.

The longer I continue to look at these scars the itchier they begin to become.

Weird.
