"That's precisely why I brought you both here - no one dares to venture into this forest," Wu Xing added with a smile. Despite his friendly demeanor, Wu Xing's words didn't go unnoticed, and the duo couldn't shake off the feeling of hostility. "Don't fret - the scent only impairs your senses temporarily. You'll regain your faculties once you leave the forest," Wu Xing explained as they delved deeper into the woods. Jiang Wen Hao attempted to leave but was confounded by an invisible barrier blocking his way. Huang Fu Yu, on the other hand, followed Wu Xing with a smirk as Jiang Wen Hao trailed behind, still on high alert.
