As the disintegrated pieces fell the boss froze before looking up towards Victor, seeing this Michael didn't waste any time as he defended in front of Victor.
But the boss didn't charge or attack, no it only stood there staring at the both of them.
The Knight raised it's spear with both hands before flipping it over so the tip was facing the ground.
The Knight raised the spear higher before stabbing straight down into the ground.
"It's using a skill! Brace for defence!" Victor felt the mana in the ground change slightly as the spearhead inserted into the ground glowed with mana.
"Cracking!" The ground started to shake before spikes made of stone shot out from the ground starting from the spearhead then started travelling in a cone towards Victor and Michael.
When Michael saw the stone spikes coming towards them he knew he couldn't block this attack.
But luckily Victor was one step ahead as he suddenly found that five skeletons piled up next to him.
Michael didn't need to be told what to do, he jumped up and onto the skeleton pile just in time as the stone spikes arrived.
"Nice save!" Michael yelled while looking at the spikes that nearly reached him, he was literally one skeleton away from getting impaled.
Victor didn't let up as he sent another spell at the boss before it could get back up.
= Darkness Bullet =
The Knight saw the spell flying but it didn't dodge or retreat, instead it pulled out it's spear before attacking the Darkness Bullet with the spear.
But completely unexpected by everyone, even Victor, the spell wasn't destroyed or failed, no it succeeded..?
When the spearhead slashed the Darkness Bullet it didn't destroy the ball of magic, instead it spilt it into two.
Although in an unstable state it still hit the boss on it's chest and torso, before disintegrating the impacted spots although weaker.
Victor's eyes flashed in thought, he knew he didn't have even half his mana left but if he could hit the boss a few more times than Michael will have a chance to kill the boss.
But the Knight's next move completely shocked Victor, as the Knights left hand glowed in a brown magic light.
As a huge magic pressure spread throughout the hall, the glowing gauntlet slammed directly into the pillar behind it.
But nothing happened.... The Brown mana slowly was injected into the stone pillar before flowing into the ground.
It was at this moment the ground began to shake as if an earthquake had struck the Labyrinth.
Victor watched on with widened eyes as the ground broke apart as a huge bulky hand appeared in front of them.
Followed by a second, right in front of him a huge tall figure, huge bulky arms that reached down to it's knees.
Short stumpy legs held up a huge Lage bulky body with a small head sat on its chest.
"That's a Golem..." Victor said frozen in place in shock.
[ *Unique* Black Rock Guardian Golem (Legendary) - Lvl 15 ]
"F*ck, f*ck!!! This stupid thing can even summon a Golem!!!" Michael yelled as he took a few steps backwards.
Golems came in all sorts of sizes, shapes and types but they all had one thing it common, insane defence, strength and power.
From work to combat golems, they were all extremely rare and sorted after. As there's three main types of golems summon, natural and crafted.
But unfortunately the way to craft Golems had been completely lost to time for all races.
Only the lowest golems could be crafted but even then they were considered a complete and utter failed product when compared to old golems from the golden age, not to mention ancient golems.
As all golems created today are just imitations of old golems.
"Keep distance from the Golem! It shouldn't have any range attacks, as long as we take out the boss it should be un-summoned. We have no way to fight it so I'll keep it distracted while you kill the boss!" Victor yelled as he used a third of his mana to summon 10 new Weak skeletons and the rest of his summons.
"I'll do my best!" Michael said before running towards the boss, while Victor controled his Skeletons to surround the Golem.
Knowing that Michael will need more support and opportunities to kill the boss, Victor didn't even hesitate as he used most of his remaining mana to cast 4 more Darkness Bullets.
As the boss had turned it's attention to Michael, it didn't have any time to react to the first spell allowing it to strike the boss directly on the side of the head.
The Boss turned to the next incoming spell in preparation to dodge but Michael didn't let this grave error go.
As he used this to push the boss harder, as he dropped his shield to the ground and leaned forwards while running forwards.
"Tsk, Why won't you die already!" The air around Michael changed as he kicked the ground with his right foot.
Using that momentum he leaped forwards before slashing the boss, slashing the weakened Armor on it's torso as he passed the boss.
The boss in pain couldn't dodge the spell as it hit the boss on it's left arm, eroding away the protection of the armour on the elbow.
Then using his left hand as he slid across the ground Michael turned around, before charging forwards once more as he grabbed the handle with both hands.
The boss feeling a threat from Michael entered a battle stance before sending a barrage of attacks towards Michael.
Michael wasn't fazed as he used his momentum to increase the power of his swing, that the boss was forced to give up attacking to block.
But it was at this time that the third darkness Bullet hit the boss on the back of it's right leg.
= Absorption =
Michael felt an immense amount of strength push him, as stress started to build in his arms, feeling that he was losing his footing on the ground.
He used Absorption to push the pressure into the ground but he still was being overpowered.
The boss seeing this used even more power, which started to exceed Michaels tolerance.
Completely ignoring the fourth and last Darkness Bullet as it started to erode a spot of armour on it's back.
Victor controlled his skeletons to run around the Golem to distract it but even then they were dieing rapidly.
Looking back over to Michael, he saw that Michael was about to be crushed as he was being pushed into a pillar behind him.
Michael feeling the back of his foot touch the pillar behind him, couldn't help but smile helplessly.
It's just the difference in strength and the bad match up was too great for him to break, not to mention they weren't even a proper party with just the two of them.
Victor gritted his teeth as he pull the miniscule amount of mana he had left into one more spell.
Feeling tiredness rapidly consomme his mind as he overdrue his Mana, Victor raised his staff and aimed at the boss.
"Please work.." Victor said to himself before letting the spell go, as he did all of his skeletons proceeded to collapse as Victor lost consciousness.
= Bone Fang =
Leaving only little Skelly who was next to Victor left, even both the Zombie Rat and Skeleton Wolf disappeared without the support of Victor.
The Golem left with nothing to distract it turned to the unconscious Victor and Skelly.
Skelly looked down at it's unconscious master before looking up and over to the huge golem that nearly reached the ceiling.
It was at this moment said golem pushed a pillar out of its way like it was nothing, as it moved towards Victor.
Looking back down at it's master with a confused simple demeanor, it is unsure if we can say for sure or not but little Skelly might have had an idea...
On the other side Michael's back was pushed up against the pillar as he used all his strength to push back the spear, even dropping his weapon to hold the spear shaft directly.
Vains were almost poping on his forehead as his face went red, but it made no difference.
It was at this time a long shard made of bone flew over with all of Victor's hopes, aimed with an unsteady hand and mind, the bone flew right for the boss.
All of the sudden the boss lost strength in its right leg, the boss was forced to kneel down, losing its ability to push Michael.
Michael didn't miss this chance as he pulled out one of the many throwing knives from his belt and stabbed straight down towards the Boss's head.
But his arm was grabbed by the Knight's left hand, but this was what Michael wanted as with his other hand he stabbed his dagger right into the weak spot on the Boss's left arm.
Feeling the hand holding him loosen it's grip, Michael withdrew creating distance, picking back up his sword.
Looking out of the corner of his eye Michael checked Victor, only for his mouth to nearly drop in shock at what he saw.
Over on the other side of the room an unconscious Victor was being carried by Skelly as it ran unsteadily away from the huge golem slowly pursuing them.
"Looks like I'll need to use that and here I was saving it as I haven't perfected it yet." Michael knew that he had to end this fight or Victor will be flattened by the golem real soon.
"Well then... LET'S END THIS!!!" Michael yelled before running at the Boss.
