Erik smiled as she released another sigh of relief. She still found it unbelievable that Ethan had come to rescue her but now wasn't the time to think about that. They needed to leave here before Adrian came out.

"We need to go now," Erika said with urgency in her tone. Even though she was not very well aware of Ethan's health condition, she knew about the bullet that was in his head and it was dangerous for him to be out here. Her heart was filled with worry as she stared at him.

"But first, I need to teach Adrain a lesson for keeping you away from me for so long," Ethan said through gritted teeth. His blood boiled at the moment and he wanted to quench it by seeing Adrain's blood flow.

Erika immediately put her hands on his chest to try to stop him. "I know that you are very angry at him but your health is very important right now Ethan. We need to leave before something bad happens to you," Erika said.
