Chapitre 7: The glass sand
After a while of reflecting on his thoughts, Dylan had finally come to the conclusion that he would never see his family again and would never be able to leave this place. So he decided to take his own life.
He thought of ways of taking his life away, and as he couldn't feel hungry or tired, he realized that to die from lack of energy would be impossible.
Dylan then remembered the sand-like glass pieces around him and how dangerous glass pieces can be. He then thought to himself, "What if I place my hands in the sand?", He said this knowing fully well what would possibly happen, the main possibility being that the glass pieces would cut him and he would lose blood and die.
Dylan then attempted this idea. Little did Dylan know that this was just the beginning of one of the mysteries of the place he was lost in.
Dylan, then immediately Pushed his hands into the glass pieces, turning his hands inside the sand and moving it left to right, Dylan noticed the warmth of the blood and was relieved that everything was going to be okay.
Dylan then realized that he felt no pain. This frightened him for a moment because he didn't feel like blood was flowing; all he felt was warmth within the glass sand. He then decided to pull out his hands, and to his surprise, he was not injured at all; the glass didn't cut him by any means.
Dylan would then look up at the sky in a horrifying way and shout, "What do you want from me!?"
"Let me go; let me out of here," he said with tears pouring from his eyes.
