Leo held her gaze while watching his breaths just because breathing didn't feel as natural as it was supposed to be. He reluctantly released her hand, gazing down at the floor with mixed and overwhelming emotions swelling in his chest. Hera, on the other hand, wiped the single tear off her cheek and turned around. 

Her lips quivered, and more tears were tempting to stream down her cheeks. However, she took a deep breath and huffed it, walking away from him. But before she could move farther, she heard him speak.
