Chapitre 653: Guilty as charged

Three days later…

"Bro, where's sis?" Axel suddenly stopped reading the book Sebastian recommended to him the moment he thought of his sister-in-law. He turned his head and there, sitting on the one-seater couch, was Dominic playing on a portable gaming device. 

Weird that Axel was reading while Dominic was playing. Did they somehow got sucked into a parallel world without them knowing? Or was the world ending?

"Working," Dominic answered as his upper body tilted a bit while he was engrossed in the game. 

"Working?" Axel frowned, watching his brother get sucked into the addicting world of games. "Why is she working? Shouldn't she be resting? I mean, it's been three days since I last saw her."

"Mhm. I miss her too. Though she might come home later or tomorrow. Just wait a bit."

"That's not the point." Axel let out a deep sigh. "Bro, can you please stop playing for a bit?"

"I'm on a crucial part."
