Chapitre 56: Chapter Fifty Six: An Unusual Partner

"Now, just like I taught you, activate your mana, let it start flowing through your body, and then say the words," Elena instructed with her gaze on Devon.

The two were out of the shelter now because Devon wanted to try out the shadow control spell himself. 

"Okay." He said before he took a deep breath and closed his eyes. "Activate my mana." 

Just by closing his eyes and concentrating on the right part of his body, he was able to find his mana core just sitting there but he could only see the dark side because the light side was supposedly turned over.

But that wasn't a problem, he only needed his dark mana for the spell anyway.

'Now, activate it.'

Activating his mana core wasn't as hard as he thought before, just like Elena said, it was just like moving his limbs but with a little bit of difficulty.

He just had to find the core in his body and he would be able to control it.
