The fight between both blood led to lots of inheritance to be abandoned but some memories were still there which Erik took advantage of, now his people are equipped with better clothes and can protect themselves from any possible dangers.

Erik occasional dream led him to start an army as sometimes when he wakes up, he feels like the demon is close and he has to be ready to fight them when needed, but after he gets himself together he looks up to see there was never any demon only humans, through this state of sleepwalking Erik has managed to take over a lot of tribe and act as the new leader.

Thankfully he always snaps out of the state when it's needed, which is the kind and worthy leader his people see but things changed when Erik first encountered Silas, something about Silas seemed similar to him in a way he did not like.
